FxGate SDK allows the integration of the FxGate Architecture in third party access control and T&A applications. The high configurability and versatility makes FxGate the ideal solution for all physical-security applications (access control, T&A ecc).
FxGate SDK supports all the access methods provided by FxLock: fingerprint, chip card (contact or contactless), password, fingerprint on chip card (contact or contactless).
Each module of the FxGate system (FxLock, SGP Server, FxGate library) has two asymmetric keys (public and private). Thanks to this keys and a “state of the art” cryptographic algorithm, all data transmitted over the net is encrypted. Mutual authentication is also performed for each system component. This ensures a strong protection of all personal and biometric information in transit.
FxGate SDK enables the configuration of relays connected to the FxLock terminals and the management of all user’s rights about the operations that they can do after being recognized.
Up to 100 different time profiles can be configured for T&A applications. Each time profile specifies when a user is allowed to gain access or not. It is also possible to configure different motives for a more specific classification of entry and exit records.
FxGate supports fingerprint enrollment directly from the FxLock unit (i.e., remote acquisition of user’s fingerprints).
FxGate enables to simply retrieve the access records within the entire system. Therefore the developer is not required to query each single terminal of the system to obtain the records of previous accesses
FxGate SDK provides a simple interface for all system functionalities. The simplicity of this interface enables a rapid integration avoiding all problem concerning synchronization and data integrity.
